
I didn't train today, but on sat I went with my family to the track and we did a bunch of walking and jogging for about 45 mins...building up the run by walking a lap, run for 1/2 and walk for half, and then run for one lap and walk for a half...even 4 yr old Laura was participating! I find it a lot easier for my kids to have success and feel positive about jogging if we do a combination of walk/run activities....exercise doesn't have to be painful!
