Lisa Avery from Arizona

I have run the sun run a few times. I run it in about an hour, a steady yet challenging pace for me. This year I haven't trained as much as I need to, but I can always walk can't I Mark Avery? I am currently on vacation in Mesa Arizona, so it has made it easy for me to find the motivation to pick up my walking pace, and actually start running with my ipod providing the tunes, and the sun shining on my face. Sounds good doesnt' it!! Good Luck everyone.
